At Woodlam, we support Medicare beneficaries as well as family members, friends, and neighbors who provide much of the day-to-day care for older adults, often without clear or reliable information about Medicare.

We offer trusted resources to help beneficiaries and caregivers understand Medicare and to navigate the full continuum of care, from Aging in Place through Continuing Care Retirement Communities.

While our primary focus is Northern Virginia, we connect caregivers everywhere with dependable federal, state, and local resources. Our goal is to make caregiving more manageable, reduce burnout, and remind caregivers that they are not alone.
